[ピエール瀧さん出演映画への助成金取り消しは違法 東京地裁]
犯罪者が出演する映画に助成金は出せないとして、国の外郭団体が、俳優のピエール瀧さんが出演した映画への交付を取り消した処分について、東京地方裁判所は「製作会社への助成金と出演者の犯罪行為は無関係だ」という判断を示し、処分を違法とする判決を言い渡しました。
