『Vivaldia2』のチャレンジモードでアイテムコンプリートしました。
私自身、アクション系ゲーマーではなく、けっして上手ではないのですが、繰り返しプレイするうちにクリア可能になりました。敵キャラやオブジェクトの動きはほぼ固定的で、ランダム要素に対してアドリブで対処する場面は少ないので、きちんとパターンを把握して冷静に行動していけば、難所だったところも次第に越えていけるようになります。

ノルウェーのEV推進は、新車販売の87%がEVというほど世界的に突出しており、同国のCO2排出を大きく削減した。元々ノルウェーは、交通機関利用が極端に低い自動車社会であり、国内のEV産業振興に期待する意図もあり、さらに水力発電による安価で豊富なクリーン電力供給という事情もあった。
しかし、莫大な助成金は大部分が富裕層に流れる結果となっており、社会的不平等を悪化させている。助成金はほぼ制限無しであったため、富裕層が高級EVを買いまくって助成金をたっぷりもらったが、低所得層はそもそも車を買っていない。
また、EVを推進の副次効果として、EVよりさらに望ましい筈の交通機関や自転車の利用が、抑制されてしまった（※国内の自動車所有台数は、この十年で10%も増えた）。EV奨励金やEV自動車への道路料金免除は、都市部のLRT経営に対しても競争圧力になっており、「公共交通網を整備する絶好の好機を逃してしまったのではないか」という声もある。政府のEV推進政策は、各都市が自動車利用を制限して安全な都市を目指してきた動きとの間に、深刻な衝突を起こしている。現在、政府はEV補助金制度を元に戻しつつあるという。
EVを普及させるだけでは、今後予想される致命的な気温上昇を防ぐことはできないし、諸外国でも電動自転車や交通機関のような環境負荷の小さい移動手段にも補助金を出すべきではないか（と記事は主張する）。
私見：エネルギー政策と都市計画のあいだの緊張関係。中央政府の政策と自治体の政策の間のギャップ。そして、（誤った）経済政策による不平等の拡大。EVを増やすだけでは問題解決にならないということ。それぞれに示唆的だ。日本も今後、不可避的にEV導入を進めていくであろうが、同様の問題が起きる可能性がある。
