あと、汎用鯖を立てるのは初めてなんでどのくらいの規模に育つのかまだ読めてないです。バ鯖くらいの収容ならお釣りが来るくらいのスペックで立ててあります。人が増えてきた時のモデレーションとかもゆっくり考えていきます（その時は皆様にお知恵とお力をお借りしたいと思います）

@Gangimaru 手関節の掌背屈が大きいと指先→月状骨（手根骨のひとつ）→手関節→遠位橈尺関節→前腕（橈骨と尺骨の中心を通るライン）が一直線にならなくなるの。手関節が軽度背屈になるようにするのが握力発揮には一番効率がいい。
