@gingermilk Photographing this bird in slightly darker conditions will result in a floppy look. The impression changes when photographed in bright light.

@sullybiker @tk I use a less expensive 500 mm lens with a teleconverter.
Looking at the detail of the photos I took, I have a feeling that the focus is not good enough. Oh well, I'll keep experimenting.
