@benoit The snow fell all at once and the switching point failed, so the train could no longer run. As long as the trains kept moving, the snow on the tracks would be removed, but that stopped too.
Railroad crossings have to be removed manually because cars trample the snow. The elevated tracks also have too much snow accumulating on them, so they need to be cleared from the side of the tracks to under the elevated tracks first.
