あとは、来月から公務員担当改め弁理士と司法試験・予備試験の担当になることになりました。11月までもうちょっとあるけど。
色々書いて、今日提出してすぐ面談やりました。
上の件は先日の話をしたら、「法人事業部とか公共事業部行ったほうができると思うよ」って話になりました。
キャリアプランのやつ、鹿せんぱいにアドバイスもらったとおりそれとなく書いたら「バランスの取れたキャリアプランだね」って言われました。とりあえず１次決裁通りました。

目標設定とその到達度合いで測るとかいう計画を立てるのが得意な人の優遇された社会構造そのものを批判せねばなるまい。
自分のキャリアについて考え続けた結果、今期の業務目標の設定がおざなりになっている。目標なんてありません。
