自鯖ではこのようにsniproxyを建てています。このsniproxyがそちらの8080,8443ポートにデータを送ります。設定例ではtwigatenになっていますが実際にはitabashi...などとしています。

@ReSinnRinn nginxの設定をこれに合わせておきました。mastodonのエラーページは正常に表示されました。あと現状ではDNSの設定(IPv6アドレスが仮想マシンのものになっているので)IPv4で接続されます。

@ReSinnRinn つまり
クライアント→sniproxy(204504byse.info鯖,物理マシン)→nginx(itabashi.0j0.jp鯖,仮想マシン)
までは問題なく通っているので、あとはmastodon自体を稼働できるようにすればOKです。

また、今後そちらの仮想マシン内にrsnapshotを設置して、システム全体のバックアップを出力するように設定する予定です。
この構成は将来の物理マシンへの移行を容易にすることを意図しています。

mastodonはVPSストレージ食い潰しで廃業する案件があまりに多いし、ラズパイでもいいから自宅鯖が推奨という見解は変わらない。

@ReSinnRinn mastodonのユーザー設定→アカウント(たぶん)で、自分のアクセス元のIPアドレスを確認してください。これが確かに自分のIPアドレスになっていればOKです(204504byse.infoと同じアドレスなら問題あり)

@ReSinnRinn しばらくはこの状態で運用します。こちらでバックアップを構成するために、しばらくは仮想マシンにログインすることがあります。
あと、スペックの増強が必要になったら一言ください。

mastodon、CPUを1コアに絞ると実は結構CPUを食ってるのが解るな。
