french toast study
1) melt 1 piece of butter with 2 tsp (8g) of sugar in a pan
2) mix 1 egg with 50g of milk in a shallow dish, then dip each side of the sliced baguette for 1 second
3) cook on low heat

i think it's good because it keeps the bread firm
