So, I think celebrities and company officials still remain Twitter.

CNN seems to be at mastodon.social (and more?), I don't think Japanese press will use Mastodon.

In Japan (and other countries) many people says Mastodon will replace Twitter but I think this is not so easy.

On Twitter, celebrities and company officials has "verified" account. Who does it on Mastodon?

There is an idea that Mastodon origin (mastodon.social) certifies a VIP user/company, but this negates the policy of GNUsocial -- "decentralization".

Mastodon web client is too large for my SXGA display.. :-(

I use tween(Windows), twicca(Android) and Mikutter(OpenBSD) as Twitter client.

I have to find suitable Mastodon/GNUsocial client for these OSes...

I failed to build Choqok for OpenBSD before, so yaics or heybuddy will be a candidate.

Wow, tooting with English is exciting. Even if I am not good at writing English (because I am Japanese).

ヤバい、英語toot楽しい。英語得意じゃないけど。

Enough space to add "Japanese(Sagamihara-city, Kanagawa)" to bio, I did it :-)

@vfrmedia @dotUser It is very good idea to use emoji to display where I live in. And there is a bit space to write them

Many toots are English on my Local/Federated timeline, so I thought at least I have to write "I am Japanese and I mainly use Japanese language".

Thanks for your advise. I am very surprising that responses come from local/remote instance. Mastodon is exciting.

Hmm, Twitter's profile has region and web page, but Mastodon not. Do I have to write them in bio...?

web pageのURLと住んでる地域ってbioに書いた方が良いのかね
