Network access to the platform Networking performance issue to US hosts

Some networking issues have been detected. It impacts the access to AWS S3 us-east and us-west, as a result some deployments might be impacted as language runtimes might be hosted there. (Ruby, Java for sure)
The problem seems to come from a peering provider, they have been notified, waiting for their feedback.
