AMD's Work On Upstreaming AMDGPU/ROCm Debugging Support Into GDB

The AMD ROCm Debugger "ROCgdb" is maintained as a fork of the GNU Debugger (GDB) with support added for the heterogeneous debugging of the ROCm compute platform.
