On the final day of the long weekend, I read through the books I'd bought at the end of the year, writing reading notes and making excerpts (from "So the Wind Won't Blow It All Away" by Richard Brautigan).
I came across the Green 32, so it became the first fountain pen I bought in 2026.

ストーリーのある小さな欠片たち。ときめくけれど、部屋のスペースは有限。せめてデジタルに残しておく。

#5年手帳 も3年目。去年の今日は今年の昨日と同じ仕事内容だったらしく、着ているものまで一緒で笑ってしまった。ヒヤシンスもほころんできた。

#5YearDiary now in its third year. Seems I was doing the same job today last year as I did yesterday this year – even wearing the same outfit, which made me laugh. The hyacinths are starting to bloom too.

I'd been thinking it didn't look green at all, so I lined it up with the black one again. And finally, Kakimori's indigo reached a level where it couldn't be absorbed. Saturday, opening a new bottle while thinking how interesting the shape of the No. 32 nib is.

I unexpectedly found the book I'd been searching for, “How Ordinary People Make a Living as Novelists”(translate the title only meaning, no English version available), at my local Book First book shop and eagerly bought it (the Natsuhasha Diary was also on the shelf).
