WEB I18N GAP FIXED: Noto font updates on Mac+Firefox

Install the latest version of a Noto font (including any 'full' version) and use Firefox on a Mac to view text in one of many scripts (mainly less common ones) and you'll find that you see character salad. This is because Firefox is trying to use a non-removable, pre-installed Mac font.

The latest version of Nightly fixes this problem. The pictures show before and after for Adlam, in both cases using the installed Noto Sans Adlam font.
