@mike_vlasman I have not tried it yet, but the soup should taste good with a small amount of this added. Others have told me about a simple way to drink it, by mixing it with hot water. I am going to try it on Wednesday.

7時ぐらいから予報通り、雨になった。そして、今、雷鳴と稲光があった。結構荒れてるな。

いや、厳密には 2〜3 グループいた。

赤穂ハイツの日帰り風呂 700 円。赤穂ハイツは小高い上にあるホテルであり、浴室は地下 1F にある。中は大浴場、ジェットバス (寝風呂と円形風呂)、サウナで構成されている。各シャワーの水圧が低いのは少し残念だった。
