先生や先輩に助けてもらった経験が全くなければそれはそれで、ひとりで抱え込んでしまい業務全体が滞る事態を起こしかねないんだけど、生業として続けていくには自分自身で問題の原因を特定して、できれば自力で解決できたという自信をつけておかないと精神的に続かないのではないかと思った。

世の中の仕事のほとんどって、ひとことで言うならコミュニケーションだから、作業さえやっていれば誰とも話さなくて良いんだと勘違いしてプログラマーを目指すような子も多いのかもね。
