@brood It really is a nice unit! Sadly, I much prefer a manual non-electric typewriter, so this one is just not worth the effort to get serviced (should get my other one serviced though).
You're looking at well over $100 CAD in servicing cost, this is not a cheap hobby to "get into"

Has visible rusting on case and unit, lots of dirt/dust, needs oiling and servicing, new ribbon etc. but it DOES turn on, and it DOES type... just not well.
