Is it generally advisable to not post photos of yourself online? Is it better not to with regards to personal opsec, or general privacy?

With the prevalence of extremely accessible AI face copying software et al., I still wonder if it's safe or even advisable to post selfies/body shots/etc.

My own personal worry is misuse of photos that are deepfaked onto explicit or adult content...

@laptopretrospective Interesting, my understanding is that the X220/230 had the same video connection, and the X240/50/60 had a different one. I'll have to check at some point with my X230... after repairing my X260's failing video cable.
