@matthias Unfortunately this is a big technical issue. Our app is based on Tweetbot which was for Twitter and is built around the fact that post ID's are strictly numeric. Since Mastodon post ID's are also numeric, it made the transition a bit less painful. Firefish and many other ActivityPub services use alphanumeric post ID's and it will require a lot of work to make that work in Ivory. It's something we want to do when we have more time.
