不覚にも
点鼻薬と目薬を忘れてしまい、諸々大変な事に…
順調に気温は下がっていくらしいから、ここは一つ気合で
（精神論で抗う💀）
健康診断行ってきた
何だかんだで胃部の検査は回避しました
（良い子はマネしないで？）
バリウム飲んでの検査も胃カメラ飲むのも気力＆体力が削られるのでｲﾔﾀﾞｲﾔﾀﾞとなり、定期的にCT撮ってる民なので良いよね？と自問自答…
本日分かった事は、
・背がちょっと縮んだ
・視力がまた落ちた
この辺りは毎度のことかなと
一般検診で使えるもう少しマシな胃カメラ出ないかなぁ、誰か作ってよ！💢
