I kept asking to calligraphers there "why not Nastaliq". This is actually my concern that Pakistani Nastaliq as an art form might be dying slowly.
Why is Urdu almost always written in Nastaliq (cursive calligraphy style), but Arabic and Persian only reserve Nastaliq for art or poetry?
