That does not prevent people from sending DMCA takedowns regardless, and Hetzner will kick you off if there are too many DMCA takedowns (as long as they look valid?) against you (even if your use is legal).

@emenel KeePass 2.0 databases can store TOTP along with the username/password combination. Its clients, such as KeePassXC on PC and KeePassDX on phone, can autofill them when possible. The database itself can be moved as a file, so you could have copies on your PC and on your phone, occasionally syncing them (manually or using a cloud).
