うつ病になって、たくさんのものを失ったけど、それと同時に沢山のことに気付けて、自分にとって何が一番大事なのかが分かったから、それだけでもう、うつ病になった意味はあったと思う
流石にうつ病になって良かったとまでは言えないけど、少なくとも自分の人生には必要なステップだったと、今は自信を持って言える
