@KeyKanon_ Well, it's a free OEL Ren'Py game, so you'll get what you expect. If you haven't read a VN that is self-aware of the medium before then DDLC is kinda worth reading.

@enjoievan Not to defend the tl work, but I remember Hoshimemo being really popular, especially in the west. There are people out there who will buy—and enjoy—the VN no matter what. Hoshimemo ain't a high quality title, so the obvious decision is to make a cheap effort to get it on steam.

@zakamutt @enjoievan I'd consider even above average-tier charage shovelware, though maybe I use the term lightly; I meant it as more of a 'throw in all the standard junk and get it on the market' phrase. As I said, I remember it being really popular, and people will buy it regardless.

Finally saw Star Wars VII. Far too many characters, and it had some really awkward cuts... dunno what's up with that. Maybe they did some last minute changes with the ordering of scenes? Still easily the best Star Wars film, but it's very rough around the edges.
