This can't be right. I just played Ryze. He's STRONGER than last patch? Like... it doesn't even feel fair.

I'm having flashbacks to Redmercy's PBE footage of the Ryze Rework. "They can't seriously be doing this, right? It's OP."

I'm not even sure why he feels stronger... Is it ROA? Seraphs? Void? They don't change that much... Maybe it's the build paths.

I don't like this whole "getting up early" thing.
