同じインスタンスの toots がトゥゲザーしていた場合、60 toot/min (300 toot/5 min) 制限が問題になるかもしれない。一気に表示することになるから。

眉唾だったけど、「なんか体感的に効果ある気がする」らしい。
測定してないので確信は持てないけど、倉庫で必ずかじられるペットボトルとかも年越し大丈夫だったらしいので、効果あるのか？
