We're considering ways to prevent the URL of an ActivityPub Note object from being a URL of a completely unrelated third party, as this can be undesirable.
Do you know of any resources that describe the specifications or discuss this issue?
The main problem I'm currently concerned with is when social aggregators (online bookmarking services) directly specify the URL of the referenced content.
